Your electronic card is sent instantly by email after purchase. For a Signature card to collect or send by post, contact us after purchase with your voucher number.
Let them choose their moment
Your guest books an appointment, subject to availability, within the voucher’s six-month validity. Our “I have a gift card” page explains how to prepare for their visit.

You can choose an amount rather than a specific treatment, leaving your guest free to choose their experience. If you would like to give a particular treatment, we can help you decide.
What is the Signature presentation?
A card with gold details, personalised by hand, in a wax-sealed envelope. The presentation costs €5 in addition to the gift value. Postage adds €3: €8 in total for presentation and postage.
When will I receive my card?
Your electronic card is sent instantly by email after purchase. Postal orders are prepared within 48 hours; delivery time is additional. For a particular date or collection at the spa, contact us to arrange the handover.
