On arrival
A welcome, then time to listen.
Over a glass of water, a personal care form helps us understand your preferences. Your practitioner discusses the information relevant to your treatment with you. You then change in the changing room, leaving your belongings in a secure locker.

During your treatment
Care shaped around you.
Your practitioner guides you as you settle in. For a massage, you agree on focus areas and pressure together; for a facial, the products and approach follow a conversation and skin assessment. You can ask for an adjustment at any time.

After your treatment
Ease gently back into your day.
Enjoy a drink in the panoramic lounge. Take time to share how you feel and receive advice from your practitioner. To linger a little longer, our food selections can be reserved before your visit, at an additional charge.

What should I bring?
A robe, slippers, towel and disposable underwear are provided. If you have booked the sensory spa, bring a swimsuit: any style is welcome, as the space is private.
Can I choose the music and warmth?
Tell us your music preference and how you like the treatment table: unheated, low, medium or high warmth. For body treatments using oil, choose warm or room-temperature oil. These preferences can be adjusted during your treatment.
What is the sensory spa?
An entirely private space with a steam hammam, ice fountain and lounge, to enjoy at your own pace. It is not a massage. To combine it with a treatment, choose a suitable package or contact us to arrange your visit.
Can we come together?
We offer experiences for two. Let us know when booking so we can prepare your time together. The four-handed signature massage is different: two practitioners care for one guest.
